Robert A. Stanley

Robert A. Stanley is a natural-born dual citizen of Canada and the United States, a U.S. Veteran, and a well-traveled thinker with family and connections around the globe. He brings a unique perspective, thoughtful understanding, and a willingness for open, meaningful conversation to a wide range of topics.

With over 20 years of experience in the world of IT, Robert has worked across nearly every level of the field — from help desk to high-level leadership and CIO roles. He has also taught middle school, high school, college, and adult learners, giving him a rare ability to communicate complex ideas in ways that are clear, practical, and accessible.

A naturally curious mind with a strong affinity for audio learning, Robert was listening to audiobooks and podcasts long before they became commonplace. This lifelong habit has shaped both his depth of knowledge and his ability to synthesize ideas across disciplines.

His interests and experience span business, human resources, insurance, herbalism, reiki, and physics — reflecting a mind that values both structure and wonder.

There are many ways to introduce a person — through titles, accomplishments, shared experiences, or carefully curated words. But at the heart of it all, those things only tell part of the story.

Because who we are is revealed in how we show up.

I believe that our thoughts, choices, and actions ripple outward — shaping not only our own lives, but the lives of those around us. That growth is not a destination, but a continual unfolding… a refining process guided by faith, humility, and grace.

Faith, like anything meaningful, requires participation.

In my twenties, I took what many would call a leap of faith in starting my own business. Now, in my thirties, that same energy is being redirected — not just into building something outwardly, but into cultivating something deeper. Learning, practicing, and living my faith in a way that is active, intentional, daily, and continually growing.

Because faithfulness is not passive.
It is lived. It is practiced. It is built.

Establishing a business, crafting a website, or nurturing a meaningful relationship all require time, creativity, dedication, resilience, and purpose. Our faith is built in much the same way — through consistent effort, intentionality, and a willingness to engage.

These things are more than commitments.
They are mechanisms of communication.
They are building blocks of relationship.

And relationship — especially one that is healthy, joyful, and enduring — requires effort, connection, participation, growth, grace, and reciprocation.

So why would our relationship with our Creator be any different?

It’s not something we have to do.
It’s something we get to do.

At its core, this journey — much like building a business or creating something meaningful — is meant to be alive. Engaging. Even exciting. Yes, at times it can feel uncertain or stretching, but when there is genuine connection, there is also joy.

Because when something is real, when there is true reciprocation, the effort becomes worthwhile.

This is how I approach life and my work — through a holistic lens that honors the connection between body, mind, and spirit. As a health coach, herbalist, massage therapist, yoga instructor, and lifelong student of both ancient wisdom and modern science, my passion is not simply wellness… but wholeness.

I don’t claim to have all the answers.
In fact, I am continually learning, growing, and refining.
