About Faithful Focus Media
About Faithful Focus Media, our mission, future goals, and current contributors.
Faithful Focus Media isn't something I can easily define.
While it might appear personal blog-like, it's more like a shared exploration.
An expedition to live, learn, connect, share, grow, and impact.
A space that hopes to encourage, nurture, and support healing and transformation.
A faith-rooted, love-centered, curiosity-driven site that aspires to create ripples.
Ripples that deepen joy, connection, and understanding.
Ripples that foster more patience, more kindness, more inclusion...
Ripples... that cultivate more grace, hope, and love.
More than a name, a concept, or a business.
Faithful Focus Media is a mission, a movement, a practice, a purpose, a hope... an effort. It's a heartfelt undertaking to spread the Light and Love of God through sharing stories, information, and experiences in various formats.
We desire to bring insightful, helpful, interesting information to our subscribers in a way that feels exciting, accessible, mindful, even fun!
With vasts interests, trainings, personal and professional experience, education, self-acquired knowledge, etc., we hope to encourage not only an open and ever growing mind, but an open and gracious heart.
Exploring anything and everything—in time—from ancient wisdom to modern inquiry, the sacred to the practical, and plenty in between.
From the many, many natural and social sciences to global history, government, technology, business, travel, and economics.
Diving into health and the human experience—from herbal wisdom, ancient practices and techniques, food, and holistic wellness to humor, hardship, and the struggles of everyday life.
The significance of language and culture; the grounded everydayness of homesteading, gardening, entrepreneurship, and family; and the faith woven throughout it all.
And Lord only knows what else we'll become curious about along the way. 😆 Please come journey with us as we continue to learn, share, and navigate this messy matrix we call... life.
Our Mission
To help feed and connect the heart, mind, body, and soul of anyone and everyone possible.
To build a community of love.
To deepen our relationships with one another, ourselves, and the amazing world around us.
To share the Light, Love, and Blessings of Adonai.
Not to mention... FOOD! Growing, preparing, experimenting with, sharing, eating, and—of course—cleaning up ... fooooood.
🫶🏼 Love, Light 🌅, and Shalom 🙏🏼
Why Faithful Focus Media?—Diving in Deeper.
Media represent the many formats to practice and present information, product, services, etc. through living practices, written works, and future explorations such as video, audio, product, and more.
Focus is just that, whatever we choose to Focus our TIME and Attention on. What and how we place our Intention. A concentration on any one given person, place, etc., or idea, in any given moment.
Time is a precious resource.
Our attention is what/how we spend that time.
How and what we give our time to.
We choose how and what we spend our time on moment by moment, and day by day. That time spent carries ripples into and throughout our own lives, and beyond ... to infinity.
Focus will not only be to the topics we post. It is aa display to emphasize about that with which each and every one of us focuses our thoughts, time, awareness, attitude, etc., beliefs, and actions on.
As a collective whole as much as individuals.
As conscious beings in the world, not just here on this site.
For oftentimes, what we focus on, we imitate, we emulate, we... become.
What we become, we pass on.
Through our every interaction, a ripple develops, spreads, grows.
Faithful is a way of life. It is devoted, reliable, loyal, heartfelt, etc., and responsive. Faithful is knowing, trusting, and believing.
It shows up in everyday life through any and all moments. It is tested, tried, and true. It is a practice. A promise. A mindset.
A way of existing — or can be.
Faithful is faith Filled.
Faithfulness is active even in stillness.
More than a name. More than just a business or a concept, Faithful Focus is a call. It is a way to live and be. To show up in, and interact WITH the world.
Faithful Focus is Intentionality.
It is directional of the voyage.
Media is a guide, map, book that helps record and share - dare I say lead...??? - the way.
At its heart, Faithful Focus Media exists to help share the Light and Love of God through stories, learning, curiosity, and lived experience. We excavate ideas both ancient and modern, sacred and practical—always with the hope of nourishing the heart, mind, body, and soul.
We believe that what we focus on matters.
That what we give our time, attention, and intention to shapes who we become—and what we pass on to others. Faithful Focus is an invitation to live deliberately, with faith-filled intention, in everyday moments.
For Additional Future Media Formats...
We plan to create a YouTube and/or Podcast that invites you to be curious with us as we explore nearly any and every topic over the course of our lives.
We are in the midst of creating not only this website and other media sources, but also a product to help nourish gardens. Along with hearts, minds, souls, and bellies.
We hope to feed not only the body through our various endeavors - on this site and our developing homestead - but also, the spirit within anyone and everyone looking for help. Looking for... possibilities, community, hope, information...
