For the seekers, the thoughtful, the weary-hearted...
For the ever-green and ever-becoming...

For those who want to learn all kinds of nerdy silly stuff!

Things about herbs, movement, urban gardening, nature and science...
About relationships, health and wellness, food and cooking...
About anatomy and physiology, holistic and ancient practices, and all the "granola/hippy/crunchy" stuff...
Etc.

For those who aspire to live consciously, with intention, and ever in awe.

— All while practicing gratitude —

It's about the journey to live in balance with, through, and because of faith. Aaaaand... how gratitude ties into, or rather intertwines with, faith, hope, and love...

This publication is named Gratitudes because I believe it is one of the most important and powerful gifts and tools in this world.

I believe gratitude resonates through the sacred, the divine, the energy of life.

I believe practicing gratitude changes our heart, mind, and world.
Individually and collectively.

I believe practicing gratitude is capable of impossible things.

I chose Gratitudes for this publication title because it has the capacity to touch every aspect of life with a ripple that is as important internally as it is expansively.

If we look at anything and everything through a lens of gratitude, it has the capability to transform anything and everything in our lives.

To transform us!
What we think, feel, believe...
How we live, interact, approach anything or anyone.

That it has the capacity to transform life, soul, and even death...

This space, Faithful Focus Media, and each publication is brought to you by a desire to rekindle and revitalize the heart, mind, body, and soul of humanity - as well to establish community, curiosity, exploration, creativity, reverence, goodness, and kindness.

With an aim to publish articles and series for tips on healthy and mindful living, Gratitudes just might surprise you with a wide array of topics such as the human body —to help us better understand this physical entity we live in— self-care tips, homesteading, business, history, philosophy, and music to name a few!

It may have limits, but not yet!

As a curious minded soul, I look forward to sharing whatever I am exploring, learning, and practicing with all who join me.

Gratitudes comes to you from the heart and mind of someone aiming to create love, healing, acceptance, connection, hope, etc., and ultimately ... faith.

Faith in life. Faith in ourselves, the thoughts we have, and the actions we take.
Faith in others and the world around us.
Faith in what matters to each of us as individuals and a collective whole.

Not recklessly, but because of the One who made the cosmos.

And perhaps most importantly, Faith lived (practiced) with humility, grace, love, etc., and compassion.

I am human and will fail, but I promise to always try my hardest and to live in and practice faith through the truth as The Holy Trinity reveals to me in and over time.

As Romans 12 reminds us, we are each "assigned...a measure of faith", and with that also "gifts" given to us that differ, that "do not have the same function", and "in proportion to our faith".
Tree of Live Version (TLV)

It's a Publication brought to you with intention.

And continuous curiosity.

To start, the idea of Faithful Focus has been inside of me for many years.

It's a concept of doing all things faithfully.
Like habits, but more meaningful, purposeful, and conscious.

I am excited to share it publicly, while I continue to learn from and because of practicing faithful living.

My husband frequently says "how you do one thing is how you do everything". I want to do all things in, with, through, and because of Faith.

Faithful in how I hope to approach each situation, task, moment, and article.

To FOCUS faithfully on any one given thing with intention, presence, reverence, and mindful awareness.

To practice living faithfully.
Not only in the Holy moments, but in any and all aspects of life.

After all, doesn't faith touch every aspect of this experience?
Isn't faith more than just a concept, a feeling, a name, a societal or religious description?

To be Faithful in all things, and to bring Faith INTO all things...

To have Faith. To give and receive it. To Live Faithfully, and with Focus, is Powerful. I cannot, at this time, truly explain all that Faith means to me or encompasses. But I know this...

It is a way of life, and it's the way I choose to try and live my life.

I believe if we focus our attention to any one given thing with a faithfulness reserved for that which is most sacred, most important, most valuable... we are capable of great things. For instance, relationships - aka marriage.

I want to be Faithful. Faith-filled, and Faith-driven. To Focus Faithfully on the things that matter most to me, and what I believe God is asking of me.

I want to share that, all of what that can and does mean to me, and Gratitudes is just one more great place to start!

Thank you for your curiosity, support, enthusiasm, and love. I look forward embarking upon this journey with you through the faithful endeavor to always be of service.

Say Hello to Nutmeg, your friendly in-home Rabbit who loves to hop around the yard supervised and show me how much fun life can be - along with his brothers from another species, Teddy Jasper (Jasper) and Ocean.

arose

An imperfect person of ongoing transition and transformation, I seek to...

Continue to learn, grow, practice, become, and share.

As a person of Messianic Faith, God is a part in all that I am and all that I do. I aspire to deepen my relationship with the Creator and do as G-d asks of us - to LOVE.

Being who I am, I tend to pour myself into anything and everything I do. FaithfulFocusMedia is a living project.

I invite each person to be a part of the process and journey of building a community here and in our everyday lives, through how we perform out in the everyday world.

Kindness comes easy to me. Boundaries are MUCH harder. Life has taught me, and still is teaching me, many things. Including transitioning.

Upcoming Publication Series through FaithfulFocus:

DearLovedOnes (DLO)

This began as something simple — letters written from my heart.
Words I needed to say.
Not to any one person, but to everyone I’ve ever loved, lost, learned from, or become because of.

It became a way to reach beyond the noise, beyond the filters and perfection, and to speak honestly. To share the lessons that rise from faith, pain, joy, and the in-between.

Because we’re all still learning.
We’re all still becoming.
And sometimes, we just need a reminder that we are not alone in that process.

DearLovedOnes isn’t about me teaching or preaching.
It’s about remembering — that we are seen, loved, capable of change, and called to live with faithful focus.
To grow — through what was.
To heal — in what is.
To hope — for what’s to come.

I write these letters as one reminder, one conversation, one prayer at a time. To encourage hope, care, connection, and relationship to, for, with and because of ourselves, one another, the planet, and the creator.
